Return Policy

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of package arrival. Returns should be accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return delivery and we highly recommend utilizing a service that provides tracking information.  

Return Authorization Number: Cloney will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please contact info@cloneyonline.com for all order and return inquiries and to receive your Return Authorization Number.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to returned.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return and make a new purchase online. Please contact info@cloneyonline.com for all exchange inquiries.
